The Whole30 Program allows the consumption of meat, plenty of vegetables and some fruits, eggs, seafood and good fats derived from nuts, oils, seeds and fruits. This plan also stresses eating natural and unprocessed foods, although food products containing very little ingredients are also acceptable.
Major foods that contribute to digestive problems, skin disorders, allergies, fertility problems and other health concerns are eliminated from the month-long diet of those who join the Whole30 Program. Participants are restricted from eating grains, legumes, dairy, carrageenan, MSG, sulfites or any form of sugar additives. Consumption of alcohol is also strictly forbidden for Whole30 dieters.
