According to the report, the Weight Watchers point system encourages dieters to eat foods with high protein and fiber and avoid foods high in sugars and fat. The survey in U.S. News & World Report gave the lowest rankings to the Paleo Diet, the Acid Alkaline Diet, Glycemic-Index Diet and the Dukan Diet.
