Several websites list foods allowed in the Omni Drops HCG diet, including HCGPlan.net, HCGDietPlanHelp.com and HCGDietDrops.com. The diet has four phases. Each phase varies the basic food list introduced in phase 2.
Phase 1 lasts two days and has no food restrictions. Phase 2 starts on the third day and follows a specific list of acceptable vegetables, proteins, fruit and drinks. Phase 3 adds to the approved foods by allowing reintroduction of dairy and some healthy fats. Phase 4 then adds starches and sugars back into the diet. The HCG diet guide recommends gradually adding these items to monitor effects on the body.
