Fitbits may be returned within 45 days from the date of purchase for a full refund if the customer is unsatisfied with the purchase for any reason, according to Fitbit. A return merchandise authorization must be obtained before returning the item.
Fitbit will not accept returns that are physically damaged or broken. The return must include all accessories that were originally included with the purchase. The RMA assigned to the return must also be included. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and the customer is liable for any damage that may occur to the product while it is in transit. Refunds will be paid within two weeks of Fitbit's receipt of the product.
