Using a vibrating personal massage belt is an easy process that lasts for 15 to 30 minutes. To use your vibrating massage belt, you need access to the belt itself and to a source of power.
- Place the belt on the appropriate part of your body
Put your belt on the area that you would like to focus the vibrating massage towards. Most belts can be worn on the thighs, hips, waist and other areas. There are usually different speed settings. Adjust these settings to a speed that you find comfortable, and locate your nearest power source.
- Plug the belt in and turn it on

- Continue with any other activities
