- Choose your resistance level
Choose level one if you are a beginner. Choose a higher level if you exercise regularly and are physically fit.
- Begin your workout
Sit in the machine's seat, grip the handles and use your body weight to swivel the machine from side to side, while pulling down on the handles and contracting your abdominal muscles. Keep your feet on the foot platform to work the lower abdominal muscles. Continue the swiveling motion for two minutes. Use your towel to wipe down the machine, and drink some water.
