Most any vinegar works for weight loss, but apple cider vinegar may have additional health benefits. If you don't like the taste, try a different blend or switch to white or wine vinegar instead.
Mix the vinegar with water to dilute the strength. You should use a cup of water per tablespoon of vinegar. Dilute further to reduce the acidic flavor. Do not add more than the recommended amount of vinegar per serving. Doing so may burn your throat.
Drinking one serving of vinegar before meals has shown to increase weight loss. Adding more servings between meals has not been shown to enhance results.
While studies show apple cider vinegar may help speed along weight loss, it isn't a quick fix. You may not see benefits for several months.
Weight may come off faster if you combine the use of apple cider vinegar with a healthy eating plan. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, healthy fats, and quality protein.
Adding exercise to your routine may speed weight loss. Do a mixture of cardio and strength-training exercises for the best results.
