The Thighmaster is an effective tool for developing muscle strength in the muscles of the inner and outer thighs. It provides resistance to both abduction (knee deviation from the body center) and adduction (bringing the knees together).
The Thighmaster is used as part of an overall body toning program. However, working on specific muscles of the body does not result in spot fat reduction.
