Phase one beef options include extra lean flank steak, ground beef, rump steak, roast, sirloin, tournedos and tenderloin. Veal choices include breast, cutlet, inside round steak, rib, shank, shoulder and tenderloin. Poultry offerings include skinless chicken, fowl, quail, turkey and wild birds. Pork selections include fat-free cooked ham and tenderloin. Other phase one meat options include bison, deer, elk, frog legs, kidney, liver and ostrich.
