In another golfer's elbow stretch, bend the arm at a 90-degree angle, and keep it pulled in next to the body throughout the entire exercise, Summit Medical Group explains. With the elbow bent turn the palm faceup, and hold the position for five seconds. Next slowly rotate the palm until it is facedown. Hold this position for five seconds, as well. Repeat the back-and-forth movement 15 times to complete one set. Do two full sets.
