Stand with your shoulder blades back and your feet apart. The distance between your feet should be the same as the width of your shoulders. Make sure your stomach and abdominal muscles are held tight.
Bring your body downward by pushing your knees out over your toes and your hips below your knees. Your abdominal muscles should still be held tight, and your lower back should be arched very slightly.
Place your hands down on the ground, and kick your feet back so you may perform a push-up. There should be a straight line from your shoulders to your heels, and you should look forward. Lower yourself down to the ground, and then push yourself back up with your arms.
Bring your feet back up quickly so that you may enter the squatting position once more. From the squatting position, put your hands straight up into the air, and jump as high as you can. Land softly on your feet.
