Some simple daily breathing exercises include the Bellows Breath technique and relaxing breath exercise. Another breathing exercise is breath counting, which is very simple to do.
The Bellows Breath technique, also called a stimulating breathing exercise, requires inhaling and exhaling at a rapid pace with the mouth closed. The inhaling and exhaling should be for the same period of time. The goal is three breaths in and out every second.
Relaxing breathing exercises are relatively simple and require exhaling through the mouth and then inhaling through the nose with the mouth closed. This helps the body to relax after several intervals.
With breath counting, each inhale and exhale counts as one. Continue until reaching five, and then start again.
