Paleo dieters can eat almost all vegetables, but should limit amounts of starchy vegetables, such as potatoes or squash, as well as fruits, as they are also starchy.
The paleo diet does not permit processed meats, dairy products or grains. The diet also excludes some drinks, such as fruit juice and soda.
