Good breakfast ideas for the Dukan diet include scrambled eggs, cottage cheese and portions of meat such as chicken breast, turkey or ham. Keep up with fluid intake by drinking a large cup of water, or coffee or tea; skim milk and sweetener are allowed.
Yogurt with oat bran and porridge of whole oats are also breakfasts that can be incorporated into daily necessary fiber intake, since vegetables are prohibited during this phase of the diet. High protein is an important part of the attack phase of the Dukan diet, so eat plenty of lean meats and low-fat dairy products. Eggs are also an excellent source of protein, but try not to eat more than two a day.
