The Shape 5-Day Look-Good-Naked diet plan consists of daily exercise and seven to nine meals per day over a period of five days. All meals focus on ingredients with metabolic benefits, maximizing calorie burn while encouraging metabolism maintenance after the dieting period. By slowly eating small meals as frequently as possible, the diet plan encourages stomach size reduction. This leads to easier satiety with less food consumed and maintains stable blood sugar levels.
The diet plan's first day includes an hour of kickboxing and meals of oatmeal pancakes, an apple topped with low-fat yogurt, turkey wraps, raw almonds in skim milk, a grilled chicken salad and a cup of raw arugula. The plan's second day includes an hour on the treadmill and meals of oat cereal, a cup of fruit and nuts, grain balls, a muffin sandwich, tuna salad and grilled salmon. The plan's third day includes an hour of indoor cycling and meals of vegetable soup, a green apple, yogurt parfait, hard-boiled eggs, pasta and a portabella chicken sandwich. The plan's fourth day includes an hour of high-intensity interval training and meals of oatmeal pancakes, a hard-boiled egg, soup, chicken salad and a banana.
