A healthy diet is a key element of any fat loss regimen. Drink a minimum of 3 liters of water every day and eat five servings of fruit and vegetables. Avoid fried foods, processed sugary foods and fatty red meat.
To do the bicycle exercise, lie on your back with your hands behind your head and knees bent. Lift your left knee and touch it to your right elbow, then do the same with your right knee and left elbow. Continue this movement for 20 reps. To do a side plank, lie on your side with your legs straight and held together. Place your elbow directly under your shoulder, and lift your body on your elbow and forearm, then slowly lower your body until you're barely hovering above the floor. Repeat this exercise 30 times.
Add cardio and resistance exercises to boost your metabolism and blast away love handles. Complete 20 to 45 minutes of walking, running or biking at least four days a week. Engage in resistance exercises such as push-ups, squats and lunges at least twice a week.
