Turn your cardio workout into interval training by alternating between high intensity and low intensity exercise every few minutes.
Thigh exercises help tone muscles and give the thighs a lean look. Complete exercises such as the wall squat to work out the leg muscles. To do the wall squat, place your back against a wall, and slowly bend your knees until your thighs are parallel with the floor. Hold this position for at least 30 seconds, then rest. Complete 10 repetitions for a thorough thigh workout.
