To quickly get rid of belly fat, exercise regularly, cut calories while eating healthy foods, get seven to eight hours of sleep per night and reduce stress. Results can be seen within one week. Fat cannot be reduced in a specific area of the body, but the first area where fat loss occurs is usually the stomach.
- Perform cardiovascular and strength training exercises
Work out four to six days per week for 30 to 60 minutes. Cardiovascular exercise includes jogging, dancing, playing sports and swimming.
