Most of the customer reviews for the eyeglass frames on Shopko-See.com are generally favorable. Customers expressed satisfaction with the styles, colors, and quality. Customer comments on ReviewStream.com and PissedConsumer.com were not as favorable. The individuals were dissatisfied with the quality and fit of the frames purchased, and neither seemed to be able to resolve those issues despite making multiple visits to Shopko.
The customer reviews on Shopko-See.com were overwhelmingly positive. From January to March of 2015, five out of 27 customers were satisfied with the look and feel of their frames, two out of 27 were satisfied with the color and one customer expressed satisfaction with the sturdiness of the titanium frame.
ReviewStream.com had one comment from a Shopko customer in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The individual purchased a pair of metal frames for a child but had to return to the Shopko Optical on several occasions because the frames were constantly bending and breaking. The customer was frustrated because the optician provided assurances that the metal frames would withstand the child’s active lifestyle, but the glasses ultimately met those expectations.
Another customer from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, posted on PissedConsumer.com that the screws in the frames did not hold the eyeglass handles firmly in place, no matter how much they were tightened, and the lenses did not fit into the frame properly. The customer returned to Shopko to have the lenses reset so that they would no longer bow between the frames, and even though the optician made adjustments to the frame, they continued to bow. The customer complained of headaches and eyestrain because the frames were not properly fitted. The customer ultimately decided to purchase another pair of prescription glasses from a different vendor.
