Myredbook was a site based in California that allowed prostitutes to openly advertise their services. It was seized by federal authorities in June of 2014 and is no longer in business as of April of 2015.
Myredbook allowed sex workers to post free advertisements for their services along with contact information. The site first went online in April of 2010 and had a sister site specifically for San Francisco called SFredbook. The site's owners were charged with money laundering and facilitating prostitution. Prior to the federal seizure of the site, it had been used by law enforcement for sting operations.
