To make balsamic steak salad, gather 5 to 6 ounces of extra-lean trimmed beef tenderloin steaks, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 4 teaspoons olive oil, 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 8 cups mixed greens, 2 cups sliced red onion, 2 cups cherry tomatoes and feta cheese. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the steaks, cooking for 3 minutes or until the desired wellness. Remove the steaks. Bring balsamic vinegar to boil in the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Cut the steak into 1/4-inch slices. To make cauliflower crust pizza, gather 1 head cauliflower, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a steamer insert into a saucepan, fill with water to below the bottom of the steamer, and bring the water to a boil. Add the cauliflower, cover, and steam about 15 minutes until tender. Refrigerate cauliflower for about 15 minutes until cool, stirring occasionally. Combine cauliflower with all other ingredients, press onto the baking sheet, and cook until browned, about 15 minutes.
