Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a skillet and add the steaks, cooking for 3 minutes or until the desired wellness. Remove the steaks. Bring balsamic vinegar to boil in the skillet, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Cut the steak into 1/4-inch slices. Stack a plate with mixed greens, onions, tomatoes, feta cheese and steak. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

To make cauliflower crust pizza, gather 1 head cauliflower, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
