The Superman targets your back, butt and thighs. Lie on your stomach. Extend your arms straight in front of you and your legs straight behind you. Lift your arms and legs off the floor, and briefly hold that position. Return your body to the starting position, and repeat the exercise.
The push-up strengthens your arms, chest and shoulders. Go into the plank position by laying on your stomach. Place your hands on the floor under your shoulders, and extend your legs straight back with your toes tucked under your feet. Use your arms to press up and away from the floor until they are completely extended. Lower yourself back to the starting position, and repeat the exercise.
The sit-up targets your core. Lay on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor. Place your hands behind your head. Use your core to pull your head and neck towards your knees. Follow with your shoulders and ribcage until your upper back is off the floor and your body is up in a sitting position. Hold this position briefly and return your body to the starting position. Repeat the exercise.
