The Perfect Fitness Ab-Carver workout consists of several movements aimed at working the user's core and abdominal muscles. Each exercise requires use of the Perfect Ab-Carver wheel to execute the movements in the workout.
One central movement of the work out is placing the knees on the floor, gripping either side of the Perfect Ab-Carver wheel's handles and rolling the wheel forward in front of the user before returning the wheel toward the user's knees, according to the Perfect Fitness Guide. Repeating the out-and-back motion with the Perfect Ab-Carver while adding variations to the angles works different parts of the user's core muscle group. Rolling in an arc toward the left focuses on the right side of the body, while rolling in an arc toward the right focuses on the user's left side.
