Healthy Eating adds that if yogurt contains whole milk the amount of potassium increases to 420 milligrams per 8-ounce container, or 12 percent of the daily serving. Furthermore, Healthy Eating continues by stating that Greek yogurt has slightly less potassium, at an amount of 250 milligrams in a 6-ounce container.
