Day one begins with a breakfast of one slice of whole wheat toast with two tablespoons of peanut butter, one-half grapefruit and one cup of caffeinated coffee or tea. Lunch on day one is one-half cup tuna, one slice whole wheat toast and one cup of caffeinated coffee or tea. Dinner on day one is three ounces of meat, one cup green beans, one small apple, one-half banana and one-half cup vanilla ice cream.
Breakfast on day two includes one egg, one slice of whole wheat bread and one-half banana. Lunch on day two is one cup of cottage cheese, one hard-boiled egg and five saltine crackers. Day two ends with a dinner of two hot dogs, one-half cup carrots, one cup broccoli, one-half banana and one-half cup vanilla ice cream.
Breakfast on day three consists of five saltine crackers, one small apple and one slice of cheddar cheese. Lunch for day three is one slice of whole wheat bread and one egg. The three-day diet ends with a dinner of one-half banana, one cup tuna and one cup vanilla ice cream.
