The amount of daily points that are allowed on Weight Watchers varies for each user. According to Weight Watchers, as of 2014, the minimum per day is now 26. The daily points allowed are determined based on the user's current height and weight, as well as, individual weight loss goals.
The Weight Watchers plan re-calculates the number of points allowed per day as the user gains or loses weight; the number of points allowed per person changes constantly. In addition to the daily PointsPlus allowance, the Weight Watchers plan also includes 49 PointsPlus to use throughout the course of a week. Active participants can earn additional PointsPlus through exercise and daily activity.
