Eat plenty of healthy fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean meats to lose fat and maintain a healthy weight. Avoid consuming excess carbohydrates and pre-packaged foods, and drink at least eight glasses of water each day.
Lie on the floor on your back with your hands behind your head, your feet flat on the floor and your knees bent. Raise your left knee and touch it to your right elbow, then raise your right knee and touch it to your left elbow. Repeat this process 10 times.
Lie on the floor on your side, and lift your leg as high as you can, then lower your leg. Do 10 repetitions, then switch sides and do leg lifts with your other leg.
Start by doing walking and jogging intervals. Walk for two minutes, then jog for one minute. Repeat for 30 minutes, and gradually increase the jogging intervals while decreasing the walking intervals.
Alternate between twisting crunches and leg lifts for 10-15 minutes, and end the workout with 30 minutes of interval jogging. Repeat this exercises routine four times weekly to help eliminate love handles.
