Hospitals with proton therapy centers include Massachusetts General Hospital, Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, Louisiana, Scripps Proton Therapy Center in San Diego, California, and Ackerman Cancer Center in Jacksonville, Florida, notes the National Association for Proton Therapy. As of 2015, there are 14 centers nationwide, with 11 more in development.
Other centers include the Provision Center for Proton Therapy in Knoxville, Tennessee, the Kling Proton Therapy Center at the Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis, the SCCA Proton Therapy Center in Seattle and the Roberts Proton Therapy Center at University of Pennsylvania Health System. ProCure Proton Therapy Center is part of the CentraState Healthcare System in Somerset, New Jersey, and the Slater Proton Treatment and Research Center is at Loma Linda University Medical Center. The University of Florida Health Proton Therapy Institute is in Jacksonville, and Anderson Cancer Center's facility is in Houston, adds the National Association for Proton Therapy.
