Carbohydrate-free cheeses include cheddar, Parmesan, Camembert and Muenster. Heavy cream and regular mayonnaise are also free from carbohydrates; however, these foods are high in fat and should be eaten in moderation.
Fruits that contain small amounts of carbohydrates include blackberries, strawberries and raspberries. These berries each contain between 5 and 6 grams of carbohydrates per 100-gram serving.
