It is healthy to eat salmon every day, since one 3 ounce serving of salmon contains between 1.1 and 1.9 grams of omega-3 fatty acids. According to Wikipedia, adults can safely consume up to 3 grams of the fatty acids EPA and DHA daily.

According to the Mayo Clinic, daily doses for EPA and DHA recommended by the World Health Organisation are 0.3 to 0.5 grams, with 0.8 to 1.1 grams recommended for the omega-3 fatty acid ALA. The American Heart Association points out that salmon is a fish with low mercury content and low risk of mercury contamination, a danger which is sometimes associated with overconsumption of seafood.
