Examples of low acid foods include whole grain breads; brown rice; green vegetables such as broccoli, green beans and celery; potatoes; fish; and egg whites. All of these foods are low in acid if eaten, boiled or baked. Foods that are fried are likely to cause acid reflux symptoms.
