Some examples of good Eat to Live recipes include Dr. Fuhrman's Cinnamon Fruit Oatmeal and Mixed Greens and Strawberry Salad. Some of the more hearty dishes include the Thai Vegetable Curry, Broccoli Mushroom Casserole, and the Quick Moroccan Cauliflower Stir-Fry.
The Cinnamon Fruit Oatmeal dish contains no sugar, artificial sweeteners or processed ingredients. Combine 1 cup of boiling water, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, then add 1/2 cup of oatmeal and summer berries for sweetness. Mix in chopped apples, walnuts, flaxseeds and raisins after cooking, if desired.
The Broccoli Mushroom Casserole uses five ingredients: frozen broccoli florets, mushrooms, kidney beans, cooked brown rice or farro, and Dr. Fuhrman's Supreme Greens G-Bombs soup. Combine 8 ounces of sauteed mushrooms, 3 cups of cooked rice, 1 carton of G-Bombs soup and 3 cups of steamed broccoli in a casserole, and bake the dish for 20 minutes.
The Quick Moroccan Cauliflower Stir-Fry is a similar dish with a few differences. Sautee 1 medium onions, 1 cup of mushrooms and 2 cups of sliced kale before adding 3 cups of chopped cauliflower and 1 carton of Moroccan chickpea stew. Cover and simmer all ingredients for 15 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender.
