The aim of the 30 Day Abs Challenge is to gradually increase the number of reps as core body strength builds. The first three numbers for each day of the plan below indicate how many sit ups, crunches and leg raises to do, in that order. The fourth number indicates the number of seconds to maintain a plank.
The 30-Day Walkabout is designed for use with the Google Fit App, which counts steps. The number of steps required each day is 500 more than the last. Like the 30 Day Abs Challenge, however, every 4th day (Day 4, Day 8, Day 12, and so on) only requires 5,000 steps, which is the number the challenge begins with on Day 1.Learn more about Exercise
