Ginseng dealer applications can be printed online and mailed or delivered to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture Ginseng Program at 111 Corporate Drive in Frankfort, Kentucky. Mailed applications must be notarized and must include a copy of the applicant's identification. As of December 2015, ginseng licenses cost $75 for state residents and $150 for out of state applicants, states the Kentucky Department of Agriculture.
