According to nutritionist and naturopath, Anne Dunev, foods that will make the thighs big include sugar, grains and dairy products. Examples of such foods are bread, cakes, pasta and pastries.
According to MD-health, thighs become big due to stored fat. Any calories that are consumed and not burned by the body are stored as fat. According to dietitian Juliette Kellow, dairy products like cheese, milk, yogurt and cream add to fat or calorie intake greatly; however, they are also good sources of calcium, zinc, protein and vitamin B.
The alternative for those people who don't want big thighs is to consume low-fat products like reduced-fat cheese and skim milk. Although eating sugary foods is not recommended for those wanting slimmer thighs, eating whole fruits, whey protein and stevia is fine.
