Condiments such as mustard, bouillon, sugar-free pickle relish, soya and pesto sauce are low-carbohydrate foods used to add flavor to meals. Pork rinds are a low-carbohydrate snack food and reduced-starch tortillas can be used in low-carbohydrate meals.
