People who suffer from seborrheic dermatitis, allergic dermatitis and eczema are encouraged to eat plenty of whole foods, including fresh vegetables and fruits. Seborrheic dermatitis can include symptoms of itching, burning, swelling, scaly skin, sores and dandruff. It can also be caused by stress or oily skin or hair.
