As you do that, turn your head up to look at the ceiling. Hold this position for 30 seconds, then stop for 10 seconds. Repeat it twice.
The next exercise also involves sitting or standing, notes Fox News Magazine. Open your mouth as wide as it goes, and start rolling your lips over our teeth. Tilt your head back, and hold it for 30 seconds, followed by a 10-second rest period. Repeat it twice.
The third exercise requires lying down on your back on a bed with your head hanging off the edge of the bed, says Fox News Magazine. Start lifting your head to let your neck meet your torso, then hold it for 10 seconds. Lower the head, and rest while it hangs off the edge. Repeat this twice.
