Some exercises for the eyes are gazing into the darkness, side-to-side eye movement, up-and-down eye movement, moving your eyes diagonally, and rolling your eyes in a circle. Regular eye exercises can improve eyesight and prevent eye diseases such as nearsightedness and farsightedness.
To perform gazing into the darkness, keep both the eyes closed by the palms of the hands, and gaze into darkness for one to three minutes. To perform side-to-side eye movement, move both the eyes left and right periodically without moving the head. To perform up-and-down eye movement, move eyes up and down periodically without moving the head.
