What Exercises Can You Use to Lose a Double Chin?

According to the Times of India, some of the exercises that can help reduce a double chin include: chin lifts to stretch and tone the facial muscles, platysma exercises to tighten the area around the chin, neck rolls and chin slaps. Fit Day recommends starting with 10 to 15 repetitions.

According to Fit Day, sitting up straight and chewing gum each help eliminate a double chin. However, the Times of India explains that the double chin is often associated with being overweight; therefore, double chin exercises must be coupled with weight loss and dietary changes to be the most effective.
