Perform side leg raises by lying straight on your left side while resting your head on your left hand. Lay your right hand in front of your chest and lift the right leg high, pause and return to the starting position. For the clamshell, lie on your left side, bend your knees and hips at 45 degrees and place your right heel on the left heel. Raise the right knee as high as possible without detaching the heels.
To perform the cross-body mountain climber, begin at the top of a push-up position and slowly lift and push your left knee towards your right shoulder. Return to the starting position.Learn more about Muscle Toning
