Nutritional experts with U.S. News and World Report compared a variety of diets and rated Weight Watchers as the best, giving it a score of 3.8 out of 5. The Biggest Loser, Jenny Craig and Raw Food diets were the next best options, each tying for second place in the comparison, with scores of 3.5 out of 5. However, the experts found problems with two of those in second place. The Raw Food diet is reportedly difficult to execute and labor-intensive, while the Jenny Craig diet is expensive, and dieters may struggle to keep the weight off once they stop eating the diet’s pre-packaged foods.
