The Mayo Clinic lists a variety of early pregnancy signs, but chills is not on its list. Often, newly pregnant women notice that their breasts become swollen or sore. Another sign of pregnancy is a feeling of nausea, possibly with vomiting. Feeling more fatigued than normal and having to urinate more often are also symptoms. Some women experience food aversions when they are newly pregnant. Other signs include dizziness, constipation, mood swings, cramping and even light spotting.

One of the predominant signs is a missed menstrual period, although some women continue to bleed during pregnancy. If a woman experiences an absent period, it is a good idea for her to take a home pregnancy test or see her doctor to find out for sure.Learn more about Pregnancy
