Two of the websites that offer height/weight charts are NHS and the Rush University Medical Center. The Rush chart from the National Institutes of Health offers normal, overweight and obese weight ranges for heights 4 foot 10 inches to 6 foot 4 inches. It also shows the approximate BMI range for these weight categories. The NHS site offers a more detailed look at height-to-weight ratios, with a graph for determining if you are underweight, at a healthy weight, overweight, obese or very obese.
Both sites, and many others, also offer BMI calculators. BMI calculators take your height and weight measurements to determine your approximate BMI and what weight category you fall into. Many also tell you how much you should weigh for comparison.
