It provides the sodium contents for soups, sauces, gravies, sweets and miscellaneous items like table salt, soy sauce, vinegar and municipal water, as well as many popular fast foods. The chart lists foods in alphabetical order within each category. Tips on reducing salt intake and keeping blood pressure within a healthy range are also offered with the chart.
