What Are Some Cereals Suitable for Diabetics?

As of 2015, some cold cereals that are suitable for diabetics are Cascadian Farm Organic Purely O’s, Kellogg’s FiberPlus Antioxidant Cinnamon Oat Crunch, Kellogg’s Special K Cinnamon Pecan and Post Grape-Nuts Flakes, reports Diabetic Living. These cereals were approved by nutritionists and taste-tested by 100 people, including people with diabetes.

Each of these cereals have less than 150 calories per serving and contain no trans fat. They also have 1 gram or less of saturated fat and less than 8 grams of sugar, notes Diabetic Living.
