Select the Healthy Living tab on the main navigation bar of the website's homepage, and then click on the Vaccines and Immunization link on the drop-down menu that appears. Click on Immunization Schedules under the Vaccines and Immunization Topics group. Technical immunization charts meant for health professionals are organized under the For Health Care Professionals column, while easy-to-read schedules for the general public are arranged under the For Everyone column. Select the age group for which an immunization chart is of interest from the preferred column.

The download links for the preferred immunization chart are highlighted in blue and have a PDF logo adjacent to them. Choose between English and Spanish versions of the chart where applicable, and click on the link. The chart is either displayed in the browser or downloaded in PDF format.

Access the download links for the both the Android and iOS version of the CDC Vaccine Schedules app by clicking any of the age groups under the For Health Care Professionals column. Scroll down the page that appears to access the Interactive Tools group, and select either the iTunes App Store or Google Play link to download the iOS or Android version respectively.
