To track your fitness on SuperTracker, visit SuperTracker.USDA.gov to log your food and physical activities, as of 2015. For a personalized experience and a plan customized for your goals, create a profile.
To create a profile, visit the SuperTracker home page and click on Create Your Profile. Enter a profile name, your age, your gender and your activity level. The site determines your activity level by the amount of moderate exercise you perform per day. If you perform vigorous exercise instead of moderate exercise, it counts for double the time. You also have the option to enter your height and weight, which provides access to more features.
Complete the profile process by entering a user name, password, password hint, security question and your email address. After your information is submitted, the site provides a customized plan.
To use SuperTracker without creating a profile, visit the site and place the cursor over Track Food & Activity. Click on either Food Tracker or Physical Activity Tracker. The site provides a default plan with each tracker. The plan has the amount of physical activity to perform per week, how many calories to eat per day and how much to eat from each food group.
