The Mayo Clinic lists nausea, vomiting, increased urination, fatigue, food aversions and a missed period as signs of pregnancy. Nausea can occur with or without vomiting and at any time during the day or night. Fatigue is prevalent in most women during early pregnancy due to the increased levels of progesterone. It can present as early as one week after conception. Dizziness, mood swings and constipation are other signs of pregnancy, but they do not occur in all women.

The cramps may be confused with menstrual cramps. Women may experience a milky, white discharge after conception as the vaginal walls increase in thickness. The discharge is normal and may continue throughout the pregnancy.Learn more about Pregnancy
