Consumer Reports ranks 26 cereals for fiber content and taste. More than two-thirds score well for taste, and most have 6 grams or more of fiber per serving. General Mills Fiber One Honey Clusters scores highest in fiber content and has a very good nutritional score overall.
Consumer Reports' 2013 study found four cereals that top the list for fiber and overall nutritional value. The list includes Kellogg's All-Bran Original, Post Grape-Nuts The Original, Post Shredded Wheat Original Spoon Size and Post Shredded Wheat Wheat 'n Bran Spoon Size. The report analyzed the cereals for amounts of fiber, sugar, fat and sodium per serving.
